學員須知 Student Notes
學員如欲參加ABIRA Thai Boxing & Fitness (“校方”)的任何課程，請於報讀前詳細閱讀下列學員須知，如學員一經報讀校方的課程，即表示閣下經已閱讀及同意接受學員須知及受其約束。
Students, who wish to participate in ABIRA Thai Boxing & Fitness of any course, please read the following to terms and condition. Once enrolled ABIRA Thai Boxing & Fitness, it means that you have read and agreed to accept below terms and condition.
| ‧ | 在課程開始時學員必需出示單據，以茲証明 。 | ||||||
| ‧ | In the beginning of the course students must present their original receipt for verification. | ||||||
| ‧ | 每上課堂前，學員必定要到櫃台前簽到。一經發現學員有不誠實行為，校方有權終止其上課權利，一切費用恕不退。 | ||||||
| ‧ | Students must sign in on the attendance registration sheet at the reception as a record of presence every lesson at the reception. Students will be suspended from class for any dishonest act and all the fee will not be refunded. | ||||||
| ‧ | 校方職員可按需要，要求學員提供身份證明文件，以核對學員資格。如未能出示者校方有權拒絕該學員上課。 | ||||||
| ‧ | Our staff may require students to provide identification documents for verification. ABIRA has the right to suspend those who fail to present any valid document from class. | ||||||
| ‧ | 學員須在二十四小時前取消預約。否則，學員須繳交該堂之所有費用。 | ||||||
| ‧ | Students are requested to cancel the booking one day in advance, otherwise it will be counted. | ||||||
| ‧ | 學員須在二十四小時前預訂上課時間，額滿即止。 | ||||||
| ‧ | Students are required 24 hours before the booking class time. | ||||||
| ‧ | 校方有權按實際情況更改教學設備、上課時間、上課地點及任教導師等權利。 | ||||||
| ‧ | School reserves the right to change the teaching equipment, class time, class location and time, instructors and other rights. | ||||||
| ‧ | 未經許可，不可於課堂上錄音、攝影或錄影。 | ||||||
| ‧ | Video and sound recording by students is prohibited in the classroom. Phototaking by students is only allowed with the consent of teacher and students. | ||||||
| ‧ | 學員須愛護課堂上各項設備，重視課堂秩序，遵守校方各項規定，否則，校方有權終止其上課權利，一切費用恕不退。 | ||||||
| ‧ | Students are required to take good care of the equipment in class, attention to classroom discipline, abide by the provisions of the school. ABIRA reserves the right to withdraw the student from the course without refund the course fees if there is any violations. | ||||||
| ‧ | 學員必須在本校導師指導及穿上指定保護配備，才可上課。 | ||||||
| ‧ | ABIRA always put safety in first priority, students must obey to the rules and regulations and follow instructor's instructions. No sparring or unauthorized use of the facility or equipment is allowed without the expressed consent and presence of the Trainer in charge. Students must wear protection equipment before class. | ||||||
| ‧ | 學員應自行決定自己身體狀況是否適合上課，不應強行應付課堂 | ||||||
| ‧ | Applicant should be in good physical health, any conceal applicant’s Medical History from ABIRA, and ABIRA will not take any responsibility on it. Instructor or ABIRA reserves the right of decision to terminate the course for safety reason if the student is not in good health condition. | ||||||
| ‧ | 請留意隨身物品 | ||||||
| ‧ | Please take good care for your all belongs, ABIRA take no responsibility for all. | ||||||
| ‧ | 已繳學費，概不退還，不得轉讓。 | ||||||
| ‧ | The course free is not refundable and can not be transferred. | ||||||
| ‧ | 如天文台懸掛一號或三號颱風訊號，或發出黃色/紅色暴雨警告訊號時，所有課程照常舉行。 | ||||||
| ‧ | If Typhoon Signal No. 1. or on the 3rd, or ‘Yellow’ / ‘Red’ Warning Signal, all programs will be as usual. | ||||||
| ‧ | 當天文台在上課前宣佈八號或以上/黑色暴雨警告訊號懸掛; 將於未來兩小時內懸掛八號風球或以上，所有課堂均會取消 。
| ‧ | If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted /‘Black’ Warning Signal is in force 2 hours before class hours or within 2 hours, all classes will be cancelled immediately.
| ‧ | 如有任何爭議, 校方保留一切最終決定權 。
| ‧ | ABIRA reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
